I had a great time at the 2019 Field Days at #Mareeba Rodeo grounds. It was amazing to talk to scores of different people interested in good quality design in rural areas.
So many people realise the benefits of well designed houses, but don't know how to get it here in the unique rural tropical environments we have up here in Far North Queensland.
During the 3 days of the Field Days, I spoke to scores of people keen to share ideas about #sustainability, #efficient #design, #prefabrication, air flow, different materials and how they work in different climates, and importantly, #low_cost_solutions.
Some of those people booked initial consultations for $220 so we'll get a chance to talk those ideas over in more depth, specifically to suit them, on their properties. I'm really excited to be able to help a whole bunch of people I wouldn't have met if I didn't take that spot at the field days.
